		<description>That process you recommend greatly reduces the efficiency of the wind turbine. They are only 160kW to begin with. I&#039;m not sure how many kW it would take to keep the fluid heated but it doesn&#039;t seem like a good use of the energy from the turbine. The optimum solution would be to have the installers correct their error and have them replace the fluid.</description>

		<description>I have seen news reports that they have the turbines working again which is good news. I have also seen reports that the cost per turbine was over $400K which seems high since the turbines can only generate 160kW and they are used.</description>
