New Jersey receives at least two offshore wind project proposals “New Jersey regulators have received at least two proposals for its wind grant solicitation seeking bids to build an offshore wind farm with capacity of up to 350 MW.”

New Connecticut Whole Foods Market(R) to Generate On-Site Power with Fuel Cell “The new Whole Foods Market in Glastonbury, Conn., will be the first supermarket to generate most of its power on-site with an ultra- clean fuel cell from UTC Power. UTC Power is a United Technologies Corp. company.”

California Marriott Purchasing Green Power “The Santa Clara Marriott will purchase 1,608 MWh of electricity generated from wind power annually from Silicon Valley Power (SVP) through Santa Clara Green Power, the utility’s 100% renewable energy program.”
